Check the assembled chair's footprint against your tub or shower before ordering; contact us for exact dimensions if needed. Follow the supplied assembly and use instructions. Set every leg to the same height and make sure all four feet rest directly on a firm, flat floor.
Do not place chair feet on a mat, stand on the seat, or use it as a step stool. Follow the manufacturer's guidance for sitting and standing. A suction handle is not suitable for weight-bearing transfers.

Can I buy just one product?
Absolutely. Each product is available on its own. The grab bar also comes in a 2-pack, and the mat has Standard and Extra Long options. Select your preferred option in the individual product section.
Will the suction products work in my bathroom?
They require suitable smooth, flat, non-porous surfaces. Each grab-bar suction pad must sit completely clear of grout lines. The mat is intended for compatible smooth floors. Do not assume either will work on textured, porous, uneven or refinished surfaces. Follow the supplied instructions.
Can the suction bar support body weight?
No. It is for light balance assistance only. Never use it to pull yourself up, transfer, support your full weight or catch a fall. Suction may release. Anyone who needs weight-bearing support should use a properly installed fixed grab bar.
How do I know the chair and mat will fit?
Measure the flat, usable space in your shower or tub before ordering. Contact us for exact product dimensions if you are unsure. The chair must have all four feet directly on a firm, level floor, separate from the mat.
How do I look after the products?
Follow the supplied care instructions. Keep suction surfaces free of soap residue and test the attachment before every use. Lift, rinse and dry the mat after use. Check chair fasteners, leg adjustment pins and rubber feet regularly.
